An out of this world treat
At the earliest stages of my career, I thought I was going to be an engineer. So when someone told me I wasn’t smart enough to do that, I decided to prove them wrong.
I convinced a small airport in Wisconsin to shut down for the day, got a local events store to give me a lot of helium, taught myself how to 3D print, and learned more math than I ever thought I would, and sent a camera into space.
Engineering didn’t feel creative enough after that, so I built a career in marketing. But I did film and edit a dramatic video that you can enjoy. And don’t worry—I’ve gotten better at the storytelling part.
Special thanks to Adriano Marques and Ross Kimbarovsky for their guidance and support.
