My lane is your lane change.

Something just shifted, or needs to. The product outgrew the pitch. The market moved. The rebrand is overdue. The launch has to work. Or it's you: the bigger role is right there, and the story you've been telling about yourself doesn't fit it yet.

Either way, it's the same problem: the story hasn't caught up to the change.

That's where I come in. I help with two things:

  1. Product marketing sprints for brands in the middle of a big change, and

  2. Coaching for marketers/operators about to make one.

My spike is product marketing, or what I call taste and traction: the taste to pick the right story, and the traction to prove it converts. How a product tells its story, how a message becomes revenue, how marketers and operators grow into the rooms they want to be in.

I only take on a few select clients a year, so every project gets my full creative and growth brain.

Option 1: Product marketing sprints

I help companies that are at an inflection point: a repositioning, a rebrand, a pivot, a launch that has to work.

Every sprint starts the same way: figuring out whether you actually have a product marketing problem. Sometimes it’s not, and I’ll point you toward a direction I think will genuinely help.

If it is a story problem, we scope it, fix it, and I don't leave just a deck. The deliverable is the shipped work: the positioning, the messaging, the homepage, the launch, the emails.

I've sat in the seat these recommendations answer to (pricing, P&L, the quarter after the applause) so the strategy comes with operating reality attached.

Format: Scoped sprints, a few weeks each, shaped around the change.

P.S. If nothing's changing (you need steady-state content, a retainer, a fractional somebody), I'm not your person and I'll happily point you to someone great.

Option 2: Coaching

For marketers and operators stepping into rooms they weren't sure they belonged in: the bigger role, the career jump, the reposition of you.

Format: We meet 1-2x a month on video call, usually three months minimum.

From a Fortune 500 marketing director: "Our conversation gave me more insight than ten performance review cycles."
